Troubleshooting
I’m not getting notifications
Check that notifications are allowed for Pairloom in iOS Settings › Notifications. Then, in Pairloom, open Settings › Notifications and turn on the ones you want: new photos, whispers, streak reminders and the daily reminder. Focus modes can also hold notifications back.
I can’t see my partner’s new cards
Make sure you’re both online. New cards come in when Pairloom is open, so close and reopen the app if one seems to be missing.
Our streak started over
A day counts when at least one of you shares a photo. If a whole day passes without a photo from either of you, the streak starts again. Your best streak is always kept.
How do I edit or delete a card?
On Home, press and hold one of your own cards, then choose Edit card or Delete card. A deleted card is gone for good, from your partner’s phone too.
How do I change my name or photo?
Tap your avatar at the top of Home to open Settings, then go to Profile settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings › Profile settings › Delete account. Your profile and cards are deleted for good. You’ll confirm it’s you with Apple or Google first.

What is Pairloom?
Pairloom is a photo-a-day app for couples. Each of you shares one photo a day, turns it into a little card with hand-drawn stickers and a note on the back, and your cards sit side by side so you can see each other’s days.
Who can see my photos?
Only you and your partner. Pairloom has no public profiles, no feed and no third-party analytics.
What’s a whisper?
A whisper is a short message tucked onto a card. Your partner can whisper on your photos, and you can answer, so every card can carry its own little conversation.
How does the streak work?
Your streak is the number of days in a row that at least one of you has shared a photo. Share one today to keep it going. Your best streak is kept, and the fire grows the longer it lasts.
What do I need to use Pairloom?
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later, and an Apple or Google account to sign in with.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings › Profile settings › Delete account. Your profile and your cards are deleted for good. You’ll confirm it’s you first.
